Caroline Hsiao

Caroline Hsiao is a graphic designer specializing in branding and creative design, with a strong passion for sports and visual storytelling. She creates meaningful visual experiences that connect people across cultures, believing design is more than aesthetics—it’s a way to bring people closer together.

She is currently a designer at Major League Baseball, focusing on the World Baseball Classic. Integrating her love of design with the sports industry has always been her dream.

She was the creative designer in the social advertising department of Ogilvy Taiwan, responsible for the advertising visuals of many well-known brands such as Volkswagen, Singleton, and Colgate, currently graduated from MFA Communication Design in Pratt Institude.

In addition to the field of design, she is also a dancer, soccer fan, and a parrot lover.

  • Major League Baseball (MLB) -Designer, WBC
    Delivered visual design for MLB’s World Baseball Classic (WBC), translating established brand guidelines into cohesive international tournament experiences across stadiums, clubhouses, retail environments, and on-site activations. Producing production-ready designs spanning environmental graphics, exhibits, and event collateral.

  • Ogilvy Taiwan -Social Advertising Creative
    Intern & Part-time. Designed visual advertising content for social media.
  • YMH Studio -Thumbnail Designer
    Designed visually compelling podcast thumbnails for YMH Studio, creating cohesive and eye-catching artwork that enhanced listener engagement and reflected each episode’s theme.
